The sum insured currently in force is EUR 3,000,000 for personal injury and property damage and EUR 1,000,000 for financial loss per insured event. The maximum indemnity for all insured events within one insurance year is three times this sum insured. The business liability insurance is valid worldwide for the employees and services of bitnacs GmbH.
Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The service is aimed exclusively at businesses, law firms and other organisations, not at consumers.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
